Class placement

Currently-enrolled families receive priority for the first 10 days of registration. After that, registration is first come, first served until classes fill. Classes are capped at 10 children. Big Kids class at 6. You will receive email confirmation of your reservation within 1 business day of receipt of payment.

Refunds

Tuition fees are fully refundable before the first class of the semester. 50% of tuition fees will be refunded if cancellation occurs within the first two weeks of the semester. No refunds will be issued after two weeks.

Make-ups

You may make up as many classes as you miss. All classes must be made up within the current session. There are NO ROLL-OVERS. Space is limited. Please contact Janet (link to email) to reserve your make-up slot.

Three ways to PLAY!

(for Music for Aardvarks classes only)

Option 1: Sign up for the full session

With this option, you will receive:

* A reserved space in the class of your choice. You will get to know the kids and parents in that class and grow, play and learn together throughout the session.

* Each family will receive a Music for Aardvarks CD and songbook.

* Your money’s worth! You can make up as many classes as you miss so long as you make them up within the current session.

Option 2: 6 classes in 6 months

The biggest perk of this option is Flexibility. There are a limited number of 6-class packs sold each session. You have 6 months from the first time you attend to use your 6 classes. You can attend any class at any location. 24-hour notice is required to reserve your space.

Option 3: Drop in.

First-time families may drop in to a weekday class to check it out before committing. The cost for attending a weekday class is $15 for one child, $5 for each additional sibling. Reservations are required.
